Exchanges and returns

All cases of product returns in our store are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including:

- Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2020 No. 2463 "On approval of the Rules for the sale of goods under a retail sale and purchase agreement, the list of durable goods for which the consumer's requirement for the free provision of him with goods with the same basic consumer properties for the period of repair or replacement of such goods does not apply, and the list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to exchange, as well as amending certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation";

- Federal Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

For returns within Moscow, you can return the purchased goods to our online store if: the product's appearance is preserved (including the original packaging); the return period does not exceed 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of the goods takes place at the address: Moscow, Bolshoy Trekhsvyatitelsky Pereulok, 2/1s1, entrance opposite house 4s2 across the road (daily from 14:00 to 21:00). Quality claims for the product are submitted in any form by email to info@psamen.com.

For returns from regions, you can return the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the parcel from postal services. Please send the parcel strictly without cash on delivery. Make sure to return the goods exactly in the condition in which they arrived to you: without signs of use, with factory tags, and in the original packaging. Our managers will contact you as soon as the return is received.

We will refund the money within 10 days from the date of receipt of the return.

Once your returned item has been received and checked into our warehouse, we will contact you immediately by phone or email. It may take up to 24 hours to process a returned order.

For refunds in Moscow

Refunds will be made by the method of payment.

For returns to the regions

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the bank card that was used to make the payment.

The refund period varies from several days to two weeks*.

* - The refund period depends on the issuing bank that issued the card.

Postage costs associated with the return of goods of proper quality are paid by the buyer. Exceptions are: goods of improper quality, erroneously sent goods. In such cases, postage costs are reimbursed. Manager's advice on choosing the size of clothes or shoes, as well as information on the site about the measurement of goods, is informational and recommendatory in nature, and is not a guarantee of accurate size selection. The size that does not fit is not a basis for a claim to the store.

You have 14 calendar days, not counting the day you receive your order, to make a return of a good quality item.

The goods are subject to return in the condition in which they arrived to you: without traces of use, with factory tags and in the original packaging.

The item is not reserved. In order not to miss the size you need, you can place a new order for the item, and after receiving the return, we will refund your money.

Non-food goods of proper quality are not accepted for return: personal hygiene items, perfumes and cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, technically complex goods, including wrist watches and pocket watches mechanical, electronic-mechanical and electronic, with two or more functions. In the remote method of sale of goods, the return of technically complex household goods of proper quality is possible if its consumer properties and trade dress are preserved, the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods.
